This is the new updates/electives class for the current season. And here is the best part: Get all 8 hours of continuing education for one low price! Only a Broker-in-Charge (BIC) must attend for the Broker-in-Charge Update (BICUP). The BIC can also attend the elective if desired. All others will attend the General Update (GENUP) and/or the elective. “Red Flag: Property Inspection Guide” is the elective being offered. One price for one or two classes.
Registration closes 3 days before start date. Payment is due within 3 business days of being registered.
