Program Requirements
- High School graduation/GED Completion. Submit copy to instructor
- Ability to lift greater than 20 lbs and stand for an extended period of time
- Professional scrubs. Scrub top is student's choice and animal prints are allowed
- Foot wear. Instructor will provide details regarding approved foot wear
- Student Health Form. Read pages 1-3 and complete pages 4-6
- Current Tetanus vaccination with documentation due to instructor at the first class session
- Hepatitis B series started
- Shot 1 administered
- Shot 2 administered 30 days later
- Shot 3 administered 5 months later
- Background check (CBC) will be required. This must be completed no later than one week prior to class start date. Background check results are submitted to the college electronically from Castle Branch
